On 26 June 2026, in Ulaanbaatar, the International Think Tank for Landlocked Developing Countries (ITTLLDC), the International Institute for the Study of Nomadic Civilizations (IISNC), and the Secretariat of the Dairy Asia Network signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a framework for institutional cooperation.
Established in Ulaanbaatar through Mongolia’s initiative, active engagement, sustained leadership, and commitment to international cooperation, these three international organizations play complementary roles in advancing research, policy dialogue, sustainable development, and regional collaboration.
The Memorandum of Understanding aims to strengthen coordination among the parties in accordance with their respective mandates and the relevant national and international legal frameworks. It provides a basis for enhancing institutional collaboration, promoting knowledge exchange, supporting joint research and capacity-building initiatives, and fostering partnerships in areas of mutual interest.
The signing of this Memorandum reflects the shared commitment of the parties to advancing international cooperation, promoting evidence-based policy and research, and contributing to sustainable development through strengthened institutional partnerships.
This collaboration further reinforces Ulaanbaatar’s role as a hub for international dialogue, research, and cooperation, while highlighting Mongolia’s continued contribution to multilateral engagement and global sustainable development.
