President of Oberlin University of Japan Hiroaki Hatayama (Phd), , Director of the Center for International Programs, Atsushi Nagaoka, Mr. Takeru Terasawa, staff member of the Office of the President, and Professor Baikal (Phd) from Oberlin University paid an official visit to the International Institute for the Study of Nomadic Civilizations (IISNC) under the auspices of UNESCO on October 6, 2025. During the visit, the distinguished delegation was introduced to the institute’s activities and its ongoing projects and programs in the field of anthropology. Both sides exchanged views on potential areas of future collaboration, particularly regarding the proposed Summer School initiative and other joint academic and cultural endeavors.
